Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Regional PPM Planning Lead in Birmingham to own the regional PPM planning process, translating asset registers, statutory requirements, contractual frequencies and customer priorities into achievable annual, monthly and weekly maintenance plans.

You will lead a small planning team, ensuring labour, materials, subcontractors, access and permits align to deliver maintenance safely, efficiently and compliantly.

Qualifications

• Experience in PPM planning and maintenance scheduling.
• Leadership experience with coaching and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end PPM lifecycle and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional planning team with workload allocation and development.
• Own the integrated regional PPM plan from data to schedules.
• Coordinate planning lifecycle including data validation, work-orders and closure.
• Monitor KPIs, compliance, backlog and risks with escalation as needed.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Procurement and Suppliers.
