Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Birmingham seeks an experienced Regional PPM Planning Lead to direct a small planning team and deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance across our service portfolio.

You will own the regional PPM plan, translate asset data, statutory requirements and customer priorities into annual, monthly and weekly schedules. You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Procurement, suppliers and customers to align resources, manage risk, ensure compliance and drive

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in PPM planning, maintenance scheduling or operational coordination.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end PPM lifecycle and asset data.
• Experience with CAFM, ERP and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional planning team, allocate workloads and develop staff.
• Own the integrated regional PPM plan and translate data into schedules.
• Coordinate the full PPM planning lifecycle from data validation to closure.
• Monitor KPIs, compliance and risks, and implement recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Procurement, suppliers and customers.
