Job summary

Mitie Group is seeking a Regional PPM Planning Lead in Birmingham to own the regional PPM planning process, translating asset data, statutory and contractual requirements into annual, monthly and weekly maintenance plans.

You will lead a small team of planners, coordinating labour, materials, subcontractors and permits to deliver safe and compliant maintenance. This role requires strong data skills and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in PPM planning and maintenance scheduling.
• Experience leading or supervising a planning team.
• Knowledge of asset data, statutory and contractual maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional planning team, set priorities and coach staff.
• Own the integrated regional PPM plan and translate requirements into schedules.
• Coordinate the full PPM planning lifecycle from data validation to closure.
• Monitor KPIs, compliance, backlog and risks; escalate where needed.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Procurement and suppliers.
