Job summary

Cygnet Group in London is seeking an experienced Physical Intervention Instructor to join the Learning & Development team. You will deliver Physical Interventions training across the London & Kent region to staff in a range of services.

The role requires two years of clinical experience with restrictive physical interventions, a Level 1 instructor qualification, and familiarity with the Restraint Reduction Network standards.

Qualifications

• Two years' clinical experience with restrictive physical interventions.
• Qualified Physical Intervention Instructor able to deliver PMVA.
• Level 1 instructor or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards.
• Experience leading and delivering physical interventions training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Physical Interventions training across the London & Kent region to staff in various services.
• Lead and develop training programmes and engage with staff to ensure competency.
