You will deliver violence reduction, de-escalation and restrictive practice training and plan engaging sessions for groups and individuals.

The role requires health and social care qualifications, staff training experience, and strong communication skills to maintain records and align with national standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in health and social care settings.
• Experience delivering training on violence reduction, de-escalation and restrictive practice.
• Ability to mentor junior trainers and promote best practice.
• Maintain training records to national standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver violence reduction, de escalation & restriction practice training.
• Clinical risk & Social Care Certificate training
• Plan and facilitate engaging training sessions, both in a group setting and 1-1.
• Mentor junior trainers and promote best practice
• Maintain training records and national standards
• Work with stakeholders to identify additional areas of development
