Job summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a trainer to develop and deliver a Physical Intervention Training programme across acute and community settings. The role requires GSA Grade A Tutor accreditation or progression to residential Tutor Training within six months and a valid driving licence.

You will contribute to data collection, evaluation and course administration for workforce development, while working closely with the operational security team to maintain

Qualifications

• GSA Accreditation as Grade A Tutor or be willing to attend a residential Tutor Training course within 6 months of starting.
• Must hold a valid driving licence to travel between sites and deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a Physical Intervention Training programme for Acute and Community settings.
• Assist with data collection, evaluation and course administration for workforce requirements.
• Collaborate with the operational security team to ensure safe, effective staff training and implementation.
