Job summary

NHS Professionals is seeking an experienced training professional to support across Maidstone and Dartford, with a focus on Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. You will deliver violence reduction, de-escalation and restrictive practice training and plan engaging sessions for groups and individuals.

The role requires health and social care qualifications, staff training experience, and strong communication skills to maintain records and align with national standards.
