Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in kinesiology, sports science, or a related field.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
• Excellent presentation skills adaptable to varying group sizes.
• High energy and genuine passion for helping clients achieve goals.
• Exceptional customer service skills with client satisfaction as a priority.
• Willingness to travel to Manchester quarterly and India 2–4 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC and EMEA regions and manage client operations.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Exos onsite teams across locations.
• Ensure operational excellence and cohesive experiences across sites.
• Partner with clients to run engagement activities and wellness events.
• Guide and support teams to deliver world-class service and staff development.
• Oversee site-level staffing plans ensuring program quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet client expectations and metrics.
• Conduct staff evaluations and maintain documentation.
• Evaluate operations and metrics to align with objectives.
• Lead innovative fitness and wellness initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Manage outcome reporting cadence and client communications.
