EXOS is seeking a Senior Performance Manager to oversee APAC and EMEA regional teams and wellness centers, driving excellence across multiple locations in the UK and India. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
  • Excellent presentation skills adaptable to groups of various sizes.
  • High energy and passion for helping clients achieve goals.
  • Willingness to travel to Manchester quarterly and India 2–4 times per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead APAC and EMEA regions and act as primary day-to-day contact for client operations in those regions.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to onsite Exos teams across multiple locations in the UK and India.
  • Ensure operational excellence and cohesive experiences across locations.
  • Partner with clients to lead engagement activities, wellness events, and informational sessions.
  • Guide and support teams to deliver world‑class service, driving engagement and development.
  • Oversee site-level implementation of staffing plans aligned with contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed client expectations, evaluate program outcomes, and report results.

In this management role, you will work closely with the Dedicated Account Manager to support a global wellbeing program and drive continuity and operational excellence that support the client’s overall vision and strategy. This role will oversee onsite operations, guide and support staff, and provide data driven results, programming and innovation.
