£28,000 - £34,000 base salary depending on experience plus £5k to £25k extra in OTE

What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships - Connect with schools and educators, understand their needs, and match the right people to the right opportunities.
• Growing your network - Develop a strong candidate pipeline and expand your client base with expert guidance and support.
• Becoming a trusted advisor - Engage with school decision‑makers and offer tailored recruitment solutions.

Important : This role requires all applicants to have a full UK Driving License and access to their own vehicle
