Job summary

Supporting Education Group is seeking a People Advisor to join the Group People Hub, delivering an exceptional employee experience across our multi-site UK operations. You will support managers, handle queries, and help implement people initiatives with a focus on compliant processes and data integrity.

Key responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, end-to-end lifecycle processing, coaching managers on people practices, and maintaining accurate HR records using Sage People and MS

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site, multi-business HR environments.
• End-to-end employee lifecycle processing experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Sage People) and Microsoft Office.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across the employee lifecycle and lifecycle processing.
• Coach managers on people practices and IR matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and policy adherence.

About you

What you can offer

• Experience working in a multi-site, multi-business environment, including on-site and remote working practices and understanding the challenges

• Experienced in full end-to-end employee life-cycle processing and associated policies, and best practices

• Proficiency in using HR information systems (Sage People preferred) and Microsoft Office suite

• Experience in independently managing low-level employee relations casework

• Expertise in coaching/upskilling managers on people best practices

• Good understanding of employment law and a proactive approach to staying up-to-date
