Job summary

Vertiv Co in Bedford, United Kingdom seeks a Performance Manager to drive financial, operational, and compliance performance across regions. You will partner with regional and EMEA leadership to align with strategic goals and deliver robust governance and insights through analytics.

Qualifications

Experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or service operations in a multinational environment.
Strong leadership with remote or cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in workforce planning tools and scheduling systems.
Experience in P&L is desirable and English fluency required.
Additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead collaboration with regional leaders to identify and improve VCM.
Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance.
Oversee operational performance against contractual deliverables and milestones.
Develop and standardize governance and performance reviews.
Own regional dashboards and standardized reporting packs.
Coach stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
