Vertiv is seeking an HR Programs & Operational Excellence Lead for EMEA, responsible for driving transformation and standardization across the region. This role requires leadership in key HR programs and a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience, including experience in program management or HR transformation roles.
• Proven experience in global or matrixed organizations with complex structures.
• Understanding of EMEA regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HR programs ensuring alignment with business priorities and cost targets.
• Drive VOS adoption and HR process standardization across EMEA.
• Own the EMEA HR Management Operating System (MOS) and monitor KPIs.
