Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Performance Manager to drive financial, operational, and compliance performance across multiple regions. You will partner with regional and EMEA leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals and deliver actionable insights through governance and analytics.

You will lead the development of regional dashboards, monitor performance across cycles, and collaborate with Service Operations, Finance, and HR to standardize governance practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in capacity planning and workforce management.
• Leadership in remote or cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in workforce planning tools and scheduling systems.
• Experience in P&L is desirable.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional performance dashboards and trackers, ensuring data integrity.
• Monitor financial and operational performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Governance and Service Operating Model routines with stakeholders.
• Partner with functional leaders to standardize governance practices.
• Monitor EHS and compliance performance and drive corrective actions.
• Provide insights to regional and EMEA leadership to drive decisions.
