Morgan Mckinley (Crawley) seeks an experienced Regional People Partner to drive people strategy across multiple sites. You will partner with senior leaders, shaping organisational design, workforce planning and capability while delivering insightful people analytics and governance.

The role requires regional travel to sites three days a week, with a focus on enhancing leadership capability, engagement, and performance in a fast-growing, multi-brand environment.

Competenze

• Experience in a complex multi-site or multi-brand environment.
• Senior HR Business Partner / People Partner in retail / hospitality.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience of organisational design, transformation or change.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law.

Mansioni

• Partner with senior leadership teams to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
• Provide advice on organisational design, workforce planning and capability.
• Use data and insight to influence business decisions and improve performance.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and capability mapping.
• Support leadership development and the creation of high-performing teams.
• Lead the people aspects of restructuring, integration and change programmes.
• Ensure governance and compliance across people practices.
