Qualifications

• Previous experience in a People Operations Manager, HR Operations Manager, HR Team Leader or HR Assistant Manager role.
• Strong understanding of People operations, employee lifecycle processes and HR systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Highly organised and proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of all People Operations activities across multiple regions.
• Lead and develop the regional People Operations team.
• Develop and implement People policies and procedures reflecting local legislation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for HRIS systems and data reporting.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
