Job summary

Tobermore, a leading UK and Ireland manufacturer of paving and walling products, is seeking a Regional Paving & Walling Manager. This field-based role drives sales growth by building strong relationships with consumers, contractors, and builders' merchants across the South West and South Wales.

You will promote Tobermore's high-quality solutions, manage your diary and territory, travel four days a week, and work with our design and support services to win new orders and deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including English & Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience within the last 2 years.
• Proven sales experience.
• Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel 4 days out of 5.

Responsibilities

• Visit and engage with all customer groups to identify requirements and provide tailored Tobermore solutions.
• Support builders merchants to increase Tobermore sales.
• Proactively target new customers through trade days and calls.
• Record interactions on CRM and plan your diary to drive growth.
