Job summary

Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Flooring & Tiling to grow our fixing products across the Midlands and South West. You will identify high-value opportunities, build relationships with contractors, distributors and stakeholders, and drive business development while owning the full sales cycle from lead to conversion.

Regular travel across the Midlands and South West is required, along with strong B2B sales expertise, relationship skills, and the ability to close

Qualifications

Experienced B2B sales professional, ideally in construction or building materials.
Strong relationship builder with contractors, distributors and project stakeholders.
Experience managing a regional territory and developing new business opportunities.
Commercially aware with ability to negotiate and close deals.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth across flooring and tile fixing products within your region.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors and key stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities and develop a strong regional sales pipeline.
Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, tendering and conversion.
Work cross-functionally with technical, operations and internal sales teams to deliver project outcomes.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to support strategy and product development.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management through CRM.
