Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Flooring & Tiling to drive growth across the Midlands and South West. You will own your territory, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project conversion, and build strong relationships with contractors, distributors and project stakeholders.

You will travel regularly, identify high-value opportunities, and work with internal teams to deliver tailored flooring and tiling solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Experienced B2B sales professional in construction, fit-out or building materials.
• Strong relationship builder engaging contractors, distributors and project stakeholders.
• Experience managing a regional territory and developing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across flooring and tile fixing products in your region.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors and key project stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop a strong regional sales pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to tendering and conversion.
• Work cross-functionally with technical, operations and internal sales teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business strategy and product development.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management through CRM.
