About The Opportunity:

Regional Parts Sales Manager – Northern UK

You will act as an ambassador for the business and a mentor to two Parts Sales Executives who will report directly to this position.

Day To Day?

  • Achieve ambitious growth plans for both genuine and aftermarket parts.
  • Be proactive and innovative in promoting products.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Establish and implement best practices across your region.
  • Support dealers in developing, managing, and delivering their parts sales strategies.
  • Provide training and personal development support to the dealer network.
  • Be aware of market and competitor trends to build solid relationships.

About You:

  • Good understanding of the retail parts business and pricing strategies.
  • Experience managing a dealer network, ideally within the parts industry.
  • Knowledge of the commercial vehicle aftermarket and suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • An innovative and creative thinker, capable of working with multiple stakeholders.
  • A problem solver, able to manage multiple work streams.
  • Ability and willingness to take ownership of issues related to the department.
