Regional Parts Sales Manager – Northern UK

Day To Day?
  • Achieve growth targets for genuine and aftermarket parts.
  • Promote products proactively and innovatively.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Implement best practices across your region.
  • Support dealer network in developing sales strategies.
  • Provide training and development to dealers.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to build relationships.
About You:
  • Understanding of retail parts business and pricing strategies.
  • Experience managing a dealer network, ideally in the parts industry.
  • Knowledge of the commercial vehicle aftermarket and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Innovative and creative thinker capable of stakeholder management.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
