You will act as an ambassador for the business and mentor two Parts Sales Executives reporting directly to this position.

Day To Day?
  • Achieve growth plans for genuine and aftermarket parts.
  • Promote products proactively and innovatively.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Establish and implement best practices across your region.
  • Support dealers in developing and executing their parts sales strategies.
  • Provide training and development to the dealer network.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to build strong relationships.
About You:
  • Good understanding of retail parts business and pricing strategies.
  • Experience managing a dealer network, ideally in the parts industry.
  • Knowledge of the commercial vehicle aftermarket and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Innovative and creative thinking, capable of working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple work streams.
  • Willingness to take ownership of departmental issues.
