Regional PartsSales Manager – Northern UK

£45,000 - £60,000 basic salary

10% bonus

This role will suit a highly organisedindividual who enjoys working autonomously, to drive new and existingbusiness across parts sales within the branches and private dealersacross the North.

Not only will it be yourresponsibility to act as an ambassador for the business but a mentorto two Parts Sales Executives, who will report directly into thisposition.

Day To Day?

  • Achieve ambitious growth plans for both genuineand aftermarket parts.
  • Be proactive and innovative whenpromoting products.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports forsenior management.
  • Establish best practice and implement thisacross your region.
  • Support dealers in developing, managingand delivering their parts sales strategies.
  • Provide trainingand personal development support to dealer network.
  • Be awareof market and competitor trends in order to build solid relationships.

About You:

  • Good understanding of retail parts business and pricingstrategies.
  • Experience of managing a dealer network ideallygained within the parts industry.
  • Knowledge of the CommercialVehicle aftermarket and suppliers.
  • Excellent and provenanalytical skills with high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Aninnovator and creative thinker, capable of working with multiplestakeholders.
  • A problem solver, with capacity to managemultiple work streams.
  • Ability and willingness to takeownership of any issue relating to the department.
