Restaurant Associates UK is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of premium catering operations across multiple UK locations. You will have overall responsibility for the performance of 5+ sites, driving service excellence, financial performance and client satisfaction through strategic leadership and development of your team.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong budgeting and forecasting skills, robust stakeholder management, and a proven track

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site or multi-outlet operations.
• Experience managing operations with annual turnover of £4 million or more.
• Track record of leading multiple locations, regions or clusters.
• Experience managing diverse client portfolios and building long-term client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgeting, forecasting and financial management skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams.
