Job summary

CitySprint is seeking an Operations Support Manager to coordinate the Out of Home programme across a defined region in the UK. The role focuses on ensuring supplier performance, compliance, and continuous improvement, working closely with DPD regional teams and internal stakeholders.

You’ll monitor route performance, carry out audits and provide insights that support cost efficiency and service excellence. This is a permanent, full-time position with nationwide travel and a clear pathway to

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or parcel delivery operations.
• Experience managing supplier or third‑party performance.
• Ability to analyse operational data and identify trends or issues.
• DBS check required for all successful candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of key suppliers in your region.
• Build strong relationships with DPD depot and regional teams.
• Conduct regular supplier audits for operational and H&S compliance.
• Monitor route performance: utilisation, mileage, service levels.
• Support onboarding of new suppliers and route rollouts.
• Provide insights to support cost control, invoicing accuracy, and margins.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate data across CityTrak, Salesforce, and DPD platforms.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
• Act as a CitySprint ambassador with suppliers and partners.
