CitySprint is seeking an Operations Support Manager Out of Home to coordinate the DPD Out of Home programme across a defined region. You will ensure performance, compliance, and ongoing success of Key Suppliers delivering Out of Home routes, driving efficiency and strong supplier partnerships.

Working with DPD regional teams and internal stakeholders, you’ll monitor route performance, carry out audits, and provide insights that support cost control, service excellence and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience within logistics, parcel delivery, or a similar operational environment.
• Experience managing supplier, courier, or third‑party performance.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse operational data and identify trends or issues.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day performance of Key Suppliers in your region.
• Build strong relationships with DPD depot and regional teams.
• Carry out regular supplier audits for operations and H&S compliance.
• Monitor route performance including utilisation, mileage, and service levels.
• Support onboarding of new suppliers and route rollouts.
• Provide insights to support cost control, invoicing accuracy and margins.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate operational data across CityTrak, Salesforce and DPD platforms.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
• Act as a CitySprint ambassador with suppliers and partners.
