CitySprint is seeking an Operations Support Manager Out of Home to drive delivery performance across a defined region, coordinating with DPD regional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency and compliance.

You will monitor supplier performance, carry out audits, support onboarding of new suppliers and route rollouts, and provide insights to improve cost control, service levels, and margins. This is a full-time permanent role with national/regional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or parcel delivery operations.
• Proven ability to manage supplier or third‑party performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with analysing data and identifying trends.
• Able to work across multiple priorities and teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day performance of Key Suppliers in your region.
• Build relationships with DPD depots and regional teams.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with operational and H&S standards.
• Monitor route performance: utilisation, mileage, service levels.
• Support onboarding of new suppliers and route rollouts.
• Provide insights to support cost control, invoicing accuracy, margin protection.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain operational data across CityTrak, Salesforce, and DPD platforms.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives network-wide.
• Act as CitySprint ambassador with suppliers and partners.
