Qualifications

• HR management experience and people leadership ability.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and electronic.
• Experience in managing P&L and contract profitability.
• Proven track record of leading teams and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Operational contract compliance in line with KPI's, AI's and SOP.
• Development and maintenance of customer / staff relationships.
• Compliance to all business processes and improvement.
• Ensuring best service for the customer.
• HR accountability.
• P&L control.
• Duty Manager responsibilities on rotation.
• Utilising company support functions where appropriate and required.
• Adherence to Agreed Procedures, BCP and ERP.
• Act as the direct point of contact for the client in the absence of the Security Manager or Deputy Security Manager.
• Control of site operational team including scheduling shfts and ensuring full coverage.
• HR people management experience.
• Ensuring all contractual and additional work are fully staffed with the correct trained personnel.
• Supporting the Regional Management Team.
• Ensuring compliance to Mitie health and safety policy.
• Liaison with external authorities.
