Job summary

Mitie is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support its retail contracts across the Midlands region. This 40-hour per week role involves flexible hours and regional travel.

You will lead an on-site team, drive service excellence, build strong client relationships, and continuously improve performance to meet SLA and KPI targets while safeguarding profitability and value for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in soft services management or facilities management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop operational teams.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-location operations team to deliver cleaning/soft services.
• Drive service delivery to meet or exceed SLA and KPI targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and contract profitability, for Midlands accounts.
