Job summary

SGS-Care-Ltd is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead a network of children’s homes across Wiltshire and the South West. You will provide strategic leadership, ensure high-quality care and compliance, and drive performance to achieve Good/Outstanding Ofsted ratings while maintaining financial viability.

The role requires strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and safeguarding, with the ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• A recognised social work qualification, or a professional qualification relevant to working with children at Level 4 or above.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willing to undertake this as part of the role).
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
