Sgscare is recruiting a Regional Support Manager to strengthen leadership across North West children’s homes. You will provide hands-on support to Registered Managers, lead audits, and mentor teams to embed best practice in a high-need setting.

In this newly created role you will guide staff to maintain therapeutic, safeguarding-focused care for young people aged 8–17, coordinate interim coverage and help with registrations where required.

Formación

• Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce is required.
• QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or willingness to study towards it.
• Extensive leadership experience in children’s residential services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on parachute support to Registered Managers as needed.
• Carve out audits, coach and mentor teams to embed best practices.
• Provide interim management cover in homes without a Registered Manager.
• Guide staff to keep homes safe, nurturing and therapeutic.
• Identify risks early and implement action plans to stabilise services.
