Job summary

Brook Street Social Care is seeking a Regional Support Manager to lead multiple Ofsted-regulated children's homes in the region and drive high-quality care outcomes. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, with a salary of £60,000 per annum.

This hands-on regional leadership position focuses on delivering operational support, audits and mentoring to Registered Managers, while maintaining safe, therapeutic environments and driving service improvements across the group.

Qualifications

• Strong management experience in children's residential care (EBD).
• Experience leading or supporting residential services.
• Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• Trauma-informed care experience is desirable.

The Role
