Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the SOAP team to lead end-to-end regional operations, policy localization, and performance analytics. You will partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver scalable solutions while driving continuous improvement across markets.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering transformational programs at scale in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, with executive communication.
• Cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to implement repeatable processes and drive automation or standardization.
• Background in program or project management.
• Experience in sales or sales-support roles.
• Experience leading complex global or country-wide initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Implement, localize, and enforce policies for international markets with Legal and Compliance alignment.
• Build telemetry and provide leadership visibility into regional performance.
• Monitor KPIs across the customer journey and close gaps when targets diverge.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Service, Dealer Operations, Finance to unblock dependencies and move priorities forward.
• Drive process improvement and root-cause analysis for systemic issues with regional and central teams.
• Define measurement frameworks linking operational quality to customer outcomes; quantify impact.
• Leverage automation/AI to increase efficiency and enable fast decision making.
• Support regional launches with clear requirements, success criteria, and rollback triggers.
