Job summary

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Support Operations and Programs (SOAP) team to own end-to-end regional market operations, driving operational excellence and scalable solutions across markets. This role requires a systems thinker who leads with data and partners with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to implement policies and launch frameworks.

Qualifications

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
Experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

Implement, localize, and enforce operational policies and SOPs for international markets, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Policy teams.
Build telemetry to provide leadership visibility into regional performance and track progress against goals.
Monitor KPIs across the customer journey and close gaps when performance deviates from targets.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve dependencies and keep teams moving on shared priorities.
