Job summary

Amazon.com, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the region, partnering with the Regional Director to drive strategy, scale growth across partner portfolios, and own end-to-end billing operations.

This role requires a proactive, data-driven leader with strong cross-functional collaboration, financial modeling, process improvement, and stakeholder management to deliver measurable impact and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, HR, adult education, organizational development, or related field.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
• A passion for building trust with internal and external stakeholders by being proactive and innovative in solving problems that affect customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional strategy with leadership.
• Drive operational excellence and scalable processes across the region.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to remove blockers and accelerate outcomes.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
• Own end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage accounts receivable health and collections across regions.
• Plan, manage and deliver partner invoices and SLAs to measure accounts and support as a result.
• Monitor and drive continuous improvements in systems and workflows.
