Amazon.com, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Support Operations and Programs (SOAP) team for an international market. You will own end-to-end operations, implement policies, monitor performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions across regions.

You will lead root cause analysis, design durable corrective actions, and build repeatable launch frameworks for new regions, aligning with regional regulators and business goals.

Formación

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience working in a sales or sales support role.
• Experience leading complex global or country-wide initiatives, MBA, or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing efficient and scalable sales operations processes.
• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience working with Excel, reporting tools, and large-scale data mining tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau.
• Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own.
• Experience in regulatory frameworks and policy analysis methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, localize, and enforce operational policies and procedures for international markets, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Policy teams.
• Build telemetry to provide leadership visibility into regional performance and surface risks and opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs across the customer journey and own gaps when performance deviates from targets.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve dependencies and keep teams aligned on priorities.
