Amazon Fuse seeks a Regional Operations Manager to act as the regional COO, partnering with the Regional Director to shape strategy, drive growth, and scale billing operations across partner portfolios in London.
You will own end-to-end billing, implement process improvements, and lead cross-functional work with product, engineering and finance to deliver accurate invoicing, dashboards, and strong financial outcomes.
Job ID: 10513875 | Amazon UK Services Ltd.
Imagine being part of an agile team, where your ideas have the potential to reach millions. Envision working within a startup atmosphere, while being able to leverage the resources of a Fortune-500 company. Do you have a passion for driving operational excellence and business growth through high-impact partnerships? Are you a customer-obsessed leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and financial management? If so, this role could be for you.
The Amazon Fuse Business Operations organization works across Amazon to bring our consumer service offerings, including Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited, Kindle, Alexa, and more, to hundreds of global partners across mobile operators, OEMs, retailers, banks, QSR and CPG brands, and more. We focus on business growth, value creation for customers, and building trustful relationships with enterprise partners to deliver financial results to partners and Amazon.
We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the region - effectively acting as the regional COO. In this role, you will partner closely with the Regional Director and cross-functional teams to drive business strategy, deliver operational excellence, and scale growth across the partner portfolio. You will be equally responsible for leading the region's billing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all financial processes.
This position requires a proactive, highly motivated leader with a strategic mindset and an aptitude for critical thinking and process improvement. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, is analytical and detail-oriented, demonstrates backbone, and possesses the ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams. You are energized by wearing multiple hats - one moment shaping regional strategy with leadership, the next diving deep into billing operations to solve a partner issue.
This role is located in London, UK.
