Job summary

Amazon Fuse seeks a Regional Operations Manager to act as the regional COO, partnering with the Regional Director to shape strategy, drive growth, and scale billing operations across partner portfolios in London.

You will own end-to-end billing, implement process improvements, and lead cross-functional work with product, engineering and finance to deliver accurate invoicing, dashboards, and strong financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional strategy with leadership to grow the business.
• Establish scalable operational processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate outcomes.
• Own billing services end to end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor regional performance.
• Lead billing system improvements and automation initiatives.
