Job summary

Superior Healthcare in the Sussex region is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Manager to lead our Complex Care leadership team. You will oversee Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors, ensuring clinical governance, safeguarding and KPI delivery across the region while maintaining a small client caseload.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN, substantial experience in complex care services, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Significant experience in complex clinical care services.
Minimum of five years in a specialist nursing or clinical role.
Experience managing safeguarding processes and clinical governance.
Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
Right to work in the UK and full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, guidance and support to Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors.
Drive quality, governance and safeguarding standards across complex care packages.
Support service growth, package mobilisation and relationship management with commissioners and stakeholders.
Lead audits, investigations, clinical reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor operational performance and support teams to achieve KPIs.
Act as a clinical role model and champion for best practice.
Support the clinical on-call function and operational delivery when required.
