Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Manager (Complex Care) to lead our East & South Kent operations. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, you will guide a team of Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors, maintaining high standards of clinical care, governance and safeguarding while managing a small client caseload.

The role combines office and field work, with 37.5 hours plus extra as needed, and offers a salary of £60,000–£65,000, a company car,

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Significant experience in complex clinical care services.
• Minimum of five years in a specialist nursing or clinical role.
• Experience managing safeguarding processes and clinical governance.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
• Holds a full UK driving licence with six points or fewer and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership, guidance and support to Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors.
• Driving quality, governance and safeguarding standards across complex care packages.
• Supporting service growth, package mobilisation and relationship management with commissioners and stakeholders.
• Leading audits, investigations, clinical reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitoring operational performance and supporting teams to achieve KPIs.
• Acting as a clinical role model and champion for best practice.
• Supporting the clinical on-call function and operational delivery when required.
