CSC Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an established developer to recruit an Area Sales Executive for the East Midlands. Covering several sites, you will drive sales from first enquiry to completion and deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires strong sales discipline, ability to travel between developments, and a track record of meeting targets. A competitive package includes base salary and realistic OTE, plus mileage in the East Midlands.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes, housebuilding, property or a target-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover multiple new-build developments across the East Midlands.
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry to completion.
• Conduct professional viewings and showcase new homes to buyers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Proactively follow up enquiries and maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records.
