Four Squared Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the East Midlands on a field-based basis. You will develop and manage relationships, drive territory growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience across the region.

Based in the East Midlands, the role requires autonomy, strong relationship-building, and a proactive sales mindset. The package includes a basic salary and a realistic OTE plus a company car.

Responsabilidades

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships across the region.
• Create and implement strategic territory plans to maximise sales growth and customer engagement.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
• Monitor market trends, customer performance and competitor activity within the territory.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity and pipeline progression.
• Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, industry events and sales meetings.
• Deliver outstanding levels of service and support to customers, ensuring long-term partnerships are maintained.
