Voyage Care is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join the Property & Facilities team on a full-time, regional basis in the United Kingdom. You will support multiple services across the region, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant and comfortable for the people we support.

You will perform a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance (plumbing, joinery, minor electrical work and general repairs), conduct safety and compliance checks, and log work in the CAFM system.

Qualifications

• Multi-trade experience across plumbing, joinery, decorating and minor electrical tasks.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel regionally.
• Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety compliance in facilities maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
• Perform fire safety, legionella and compliance checks to meet standards.
• Log tasks and updates using the CAFM system.
• Manage workload and travel between services to meet SLAs.
• Maintain van stock, materials and equipment cost-effectively.
