Job summary

Voyage-Care is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our Property & Facilities team across the region. You’ll be hands-on, travel between sites, and help ensure environments are safe and well-maintained for the people we support.You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance (plumbing, joinery, basic electrical, decor) and complete safety checks, using our CAFM system to log tasks. A full UK driving licence is essential as a van is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-site maintenance role with basic trades.
• Full clean UK driving licence (essential).
• Strong awareness of safety, health and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance (plumbing, joinery, decoration, minor electrical work).
• Complete fire safety, legionella and compliance checks to meet standards.
• Provide excellent service to Service and Operations Managers across the region.
• Log maintenance tasks in CAFM system and manage workload to SLAs.
• Travel between services, with occasional overnight stays.
