Job summary

Voyage-Care is seeking a Maintenance Operative to support multiple services across the region. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to keep buildings safe and compliant, with a company van and travel between sites.

You will work independently, log tasks in CAFM, and coordinate with Service and Operations Managers. A full UK driving licence is essential; training for qualifications may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-trade maintenance capabilities.
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance (plumbing, joinery, decoration, minor electrical work).
• Fire safety, legionella and compliance checks to meet standards.
• Log and update maintenance tasks using CAFM system.
• Travel between services and manage van stock and equipment.
