Job summary

Voyage-Care is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Operative to support our Property & Facilities team across the region. You will manage a varied workload, travelling between sites to keep buildings safe, compliant and comfortable for the people we support.

The role requires multi-trade skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and full driving licence. You will use CAFM and MS Office to log tasks and ensure timely completion, with occasional overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site maintenance and safe working practices.
• Ability to log and track tasks using IT systems.
• Proactive and able to manage workload across sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance (plumbing, joinery, decoration, minor electrical work and general repairs).
• Perform fire safety, legionella and compliance checks to meet legal standards.
• Provide excellent service to Service and Operations Managers across the region.
