Voyage Care is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join the Property & Facilities team on a full-time, regional basis. The role involves carrying out a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the region, including plumbing, joinery, decorating and basic electrical work, with a focus on safety and compliance.

You will travel between sites, use CAFM to log tasks, and ensure work is completed within SLAs. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential; training can be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance operative/handyperson, ideally in a multi-site role.
• General multi-trade skills across plumbing, joinery, decorating and basic electrical tasks.
• Good understanding of health and safety and compliance with regulations.
• Happy to travel between sites and work independently within SLAs.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential (training possible).

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the region.
• Carry out fire safety, legionella and compliance checks.
• Log and update tasks in the CAFM system.
• Provide excellent service to Service and Operations Managers.
• Manage workload and travel between services; occasional overnight stays.
• Maintain van stock and equipment cost-effectiveness.
