Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. in the UK is seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to grow a portfolio of independent motorcycle retailers and multi-site groups across the North and Midlands.

You will develop structured account plans, drive seasonal promotions, build long-term relationships with decision-makers, and travel frequently to support customers in a remote, field-based role.

The position offers a base of £40,000-£42,000 with £10,000-£20,000 in commission and a hybrid company car.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a field sales/ regional account management role.
• Strong track record of managing and developing larger accounts (regional chains or multi-site).
• Retail sector experience with understanding of seasonal trading, stock planning and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships across a portfolio of independent retailers and regional groups (one to ~15 locations).
• Build structured account plans to increase sales and revenue across the region.
• Plan for seasonal demand and ensure right products are available at the right time.
• Help customers with product selection, ranging, stock availability and replenishment.
• Work with retailers on promotional activity and local marketing initiatives.
• Review account performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influence commercial decisions.
• Plan and prioritise time across North and Midlands, balancing development with meetings.
