Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is recruiting a Field Sales Representative to combine a passion for motorcycles with a proven sales mindset.

The role is remote, field‑based and covers the North & Midlands, with a base salary of £27,000–£28,000 plus £6,000–£10,000 on‑target earnings and a hybrid company car. You’ll inherit an established portfolio of independent motorcycle retailers, mainly focused on account management and relationship building (roughly 90%), with the remaining time spotting opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ experience in a sales-focused role (B2B or B2C).
• Based within the North & Midlands territory (M62 corridor ideal).
• Structured approach to sales with targets, engagement, follow-up and account development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proactive, organised approach to workload and customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory and take ownership of results.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
• An interest in motorcycles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own territory by building strong, long-term relationships with an established portfolio of independent motorcycle retailers.
• Growing existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase sales and develop customer spend.
• Visiting customers regularly to understand their businesses and provide high-quality service.
• Driving commercial performance by working towards sales targets and analytical account development.
• Becoming a product expert to help customers identify the right solutions.
• Spotting opportunities by developing relationships with additional retailers across the territory.
