Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or engineering.
• Experience in event management.
• Experience creating email programs in Marketo or MAP.
• Proven track record executing marketing plans in industrial B2B.
• Strong written/verbal English communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to plan 1–3 years ahead.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic environments.
• Strategic thinking with ability to execute tactically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted, measurable regional marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Create regional marketing content: customer testimonials, case studies, campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with global brand guidelines and train local teams.
• Support country agents and distributors with channel marketing resources.
• Collaborate on ABM activities with regional/global teams.
• Plan and deliver regional trade shows and customer events.
• Lead presence at key industry events to maximise brand visibility.
• Support product managers with communications on growth priorities and launches.
• Develop sales enablement and training materials for regional teams.
• Track and report on marketing ROI and optimize accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with Sales, Product Management, Global Marketing, and Channel Partners.
